Westlake Chemical Announces Quarterly Dividend

HOUSTON, Feb. 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Westlake Chemical Corporation WLK declared on Friday, February 20, 2015, a dividend of $0.1650 per share. The dividend will be payable on March 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2015.

This is the 42nd successive quarterly dividend that Westlake has declared since completing its initial public offering in August 2004.
