THOMASVILLE, Ga., Feb. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Flowers Foods FLO today announced a quarterly dividend of $.1325 per share. This action renews the annual dividend rate of $.53. The dividend is payable on March 20, 2015, to shareholders of record on March 6, 2015.
