NEW YORK, Feb. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Avon Products, Inc. AVP today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.06 per common share, payable March 2, 2015, to shareholders of record on February 23, 2015.

On an annualized basis, the indicated dividend rate would be $.24 per share, unchanged from the 2014 rate.
