UnitedHealth Group UNH will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2014 on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, before the market opens. Stephen J. Hemsley, president and chief executive officer, will host a teleconference at 8:45 a.m. ET to discuss the results with analysts and investors.
