FMC Corporation Appoints K. Kyle Matthews Vice President of Human Resources

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- FMC Corporation FMC has named K. Kyle Matthews vice president of Human Resources.  He will report to Pierre Brondeau, FMC president, CEO and chairman, and will join the company's Executive Committee, effective October 27, 2014.

Matthews brings extensive leadership experience to FMC's HR organization.  He recently served as senior vice president of HR for Coriant, a global technology company operating in the telecommunications industry.  An employment lawyer, Kyle brings unique skills to this important role.  Previously, he was Coriant's assistant general counsel responsible for enterprise governance, litigation, employment law, compliance, ethics and social responsibility.

Matthews earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor degree from Brigham Young University.  He will be based at the FMC global headquarters in Philadelphia.
