KKR to Acquire Ipreo from VSS; Terms Not Disclosed

today announced the signing of a definitive agreement with private investment firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson whereby an affiliate of KKR will acquire Ipreo Holdings LLC, a premier global provider of capital markets related data, market intelligence, and productivity solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
