GSE Holding prices at the mid-point in NYSE IPO

Manufacturer GSE Holding raked in $63 mn in its IPO, offering up 7 mn shares at $9 each. The company hit the mid-point of its pre-IPO price range, resulting in a market cap of $176 mn. Putting off its IPO back in December appears to have been a good idea – GSE Holding had only expected to raise around $126 mn at the time.

GSE Holding is set to trade on NYSE under the symbol GSE.
