• Before the markets open, Mastercard Inc MA is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $0.95 per share on revenue of $2.66 billion. Mastercard shares rose 0.03 percent to $116.40 in after-hours trading.
• IAC/InterActiveCorp IAC reported a deal to combine its HomeAdvisor unit with Angie's List Inc ANGI. IAC/InterActiveCorp shares gained 5.77 percent to $89.05 in after-hours trading, while Angie's List shares jumped 41.43 percent to $8.33 in the after-hours trading session.
• Analysts are expecting CVS Health Corp CVS to have earned $1.10 per share on revenue of $44.20 billion in the latest quarter. CVS Health will release earnings before the markets open. CVS Health shares slipped 0.62 percent to $81.45 in after-hours trading.
• After the markets close, Gilead Sciences, Inc. GILD is estimated to post its quarterly earnings at $2.27 per share on revenue of $6.59 billion. Gilead Sciences shares rose 0.01 percent to $68.12 in after-hours trading.
