- Papa Murphy's Holdings Inc FRSH issued a weak sales forecast for fourth quarter and full year 2016. Papa Murphy's shares declined 7.06 percent to $3.95 in the after-hours trading session.
- Wall Street expects SYNNEX Corporation SNX to post quarterly earnings at $2.09 per share on revenue of $3.89 billion after the closing bell. SYNNEX shares fell 0.88 percent to $120.60 in after-hours trading.

- A Schulman Inc SHLM posted upbeat earnings for its first quarter, but sales missed expectations. A Schulman shares dropped 2.64 percent to $33.25 in the after-hours trading session.
- Cray Inc. CRAY reported weak preliminary revenue for 2016. However, the company projects to be profitable in 2016. Cray shares dropped 4.20 percent to $19.40 in after-hours trading.
- Apollo Education Group Inc APOL reported weak results for its first quarter on Monday. Apollo Education shares slipped 0.40 percent to $9.90 in the after-hours trading session.
