Tripadvisor Inc TRIP reports Q3 EPS of $0.53, in line with the Street’s consensus.
Revenue of $421 million fell short of expectations of $436.31 million.

Hotel segment represented 76 percent of total revenue.
Average monthly unique visitors hit 390 million, up 11 percent year-over-year.
User reviews and opinions rose by almost 50 percent year-over-year.
Shares of Tripadvisor are trading down about 14 percent to $54.60 in Tuesday’s after-hours session.
