  • Metlife Inc MET disclosed that Brighthouse Financial had filed a Form 10 registration statement related to a separation from the company. Metlife shares gained 3.44 percent to $47.57 in the after-hours trading session.
  • Analysts are expecting Mistras Group Inc MG to have earned $1.21 per share on revenue of $8.57 billion in the latest quarter. Mistras will release earnings after the markets close. Mistras shares declined 0.04 percent to close at $23.25 on Wednesday.
  • Lam Research Corporation LRCX reported the termination of acquisition deal with KLA-Tencor Corp KLAC. Lam Research shares fell 1.22 percent to $95.00 in after-hours trading, while KLA-Tencor shares slipped 3.67 percent to $68.60 in the after-hours trading session.
