Stocks To Watch For July 18, 2016

• Wall Street expects Bank of America Corp BAC to report its quarterly earnings at $0.33 per share on revenue of $20.52 billion before the opening bell. Bank of America shares slipped 0.51 percent to $13.59 in pre-market trading.
• Analysts are expecting Yahoo! Inc. YHOO to have earned $0.10 per share on revenue of $1.08 billion after the closing bell. Yahoo shares declined 0.63 percent to close at $37.72 on Friday.
• Before the opening bell, Charles Schwab Corp SCHW is estimated to post its quarterly earnings at $0.30 per share on revenue of $1.80 billion. Charles Schwab shares rose 0.41 percent to close at $27.03 on Friday.
• Analysts expect Netflix, Inc. NFLX to post its quarterly earnings at $0.02 per share on revenue of $2.11 billion after the market close. Netflix shares rose 0.11 percent to $98.50 in pre-market trading.
• The Coca-Cola Co KO is rumored to be in takeover talks with Kellogg Company K, according to "sources." An offer of $98 per share is being mentioned for the Battle Creek, Michigan cereal maker. Coca-Cola shares declined 0.13 percent to close at $45.63 on Friday, while Kellogg shares gained 0.79 percent to close at $85.99 on Friday.

• Before the market open, EMC Corporation EMC is expected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.42 per share on revenue of $6.00 billion. EMC shares gained 0.07 percent to close at $27.55 on Friday.
• Analysts expect Hasbro, Inc. HAS to report its quarterly earnings at $0.38 per share on revenue of $858.68 million before the market open. Hasbro shares gained 0.28 percent to close at $85.50 on Friday.
• VMware, Inc. VMW is estimated to post its quarterly earnings at $0.95 per share on revenue of $1.68 billion after the closing bell. VMware shares gained 1.69 percent to close at $62.07 on Friday.
• Wall Street expects International Business Machines Corp. IBM to post its quarterly earnings at $2.88 per share on revenue of $20.03 billion after the closing bell. IBM shares fell 0.05 percent to $159.70 in pre-market trading.
