Wall Street expects Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. BBBY to post its quarterly earnings at $0.86 per share on revenue of $2.78 billion. Bed Bath & Beyond shares gained 0.01 percent to $43.34 in after-hours trading.

Adobe Systems Incorporated ADBE reported better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter, but issued a disappointing revenue forecast. Adobe shares declined 2.48 percent to $97.25 in pre-market trading.

Analysts expect Winnebago Industries, Inc. WGO to report its quarterly earnings at $0.45 per share on revenue of $270.46 million. Winnebago shares gained 4.12 percent to $22.50 in after-hours trading.

HP Inc. HPQ raised its earnings outlook for the third quarter. The company projects adjusted earnings of $0.43 to $0.46 per share for the quarter. HP shares declined 2.85 percent to $12.95 in the after-hours trading session.

Tesla Motors Inc TSLA announced a proposed deal to acquire SolarCity Corp SCTY that valued the company somewhere between $26.50 and $28.50 per share. SolarCity shares jumped 15.62 percent to $24.50 in pre-market trading, while Tesla shares dipped 10.51 percent to $196.52 in pre-market trading.

Analysts are expecting Red Hat Inc RHT to have earned $0.50 per share on revenue of $562.76 million in the latest quarter. Red Hat shares rose 0.19 percent to $80.54 in after-hours trading.

KB Home KBH reported better-than-expected results for the second quarter. KB Home shares gained 1.72 percent to $14.79 in the after-hours trading session.

Wall Street expects Steelcase Inc. SCS to post its quarterly earnings at $0.16 per share on revenue of $702.37 million. Steelcase shares declined 2.88 percent to close at $14.86 on Tuesday.

FedEx Corporation FDX posted stronger-than-expected results for its fourth quarter on Tuesday. The company expects adjusted earnings of $11.75 to $12.25 per share for full year fiscal 2017. FedEx shares slipped 1.24 percent to $161.92 in the after-hours trading session.
