Wall Street expects Lululemon Athletica inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.31 per share on revenue of $487.67 million. Lululemon shares fell 0.50 percent to $67.80 in after-hours trading.

Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) reported better-than-expected earnings for the first quarter, but sales missed analysts' estimates. Verint shares fell 3.62 percent to $33.77 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc (NYSE: RH) to post its quarterly earnings at $0.05 per share on revenue of $452.14 million. Restoration Hardware shares gained 0.06 percent to $35.40 in after-hours trading.

Oxford Industries Inc (NYSE: OXM) reported weaker-than-expected results for its first quarter and lowered its guidance for the year. Oxford Industries shares tumbled 6.34 percent to $61.00 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Greif, Inc. (NYSE: GEF) to have earned $0.57 per share on revenue of $836.77 million in the latest quarter. Greif shares dropped 0.37 percent to close at $37.66 on Tuesday.

VeriFone Systems Inc. (NYSE: PAY) reported downbeat earnings for its second quarter and announced its plans to lower its workforce. The company also cut its annual outlook. VeriFone shares dipped 27.64 percent to $20.42 in the after-hours trading session.

FuelCell Energy Inc (NASDAQ: FCEL) is projected to post a quarterly loss at $0.40 per share on revenue of $35.02 million. FuelCell Energy shares dipped 11.50 percent to close at $7.62 on Tuesday.

Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLAY) reported stronger-than-expected results for its first quarter and raised its FY revenue forecast. The company also announced a $100 million share repurchase program. Dave & Buster's shares surged 4.75 percent to $43.85 in the after-hours trading session.

Wall Street expects Brown-Forman Corporation (NYSE: BF.B) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.72 per share. Brown-Forman shares declined 0.83 percent to close at $97.35 on Tuesday.
