Cedar Fair, L.P. FUN said, in a press statement, that it would announce its financial results on May 4. It would be followed by a conference call at 10.00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the numbers with the investors and analysts.
According to the Yahoo Finance, analysts expect Cedar Fair to incur a loss of $1.12 a share on $49.94 million revenue for the first quarter.
The company indicated that participants to the conference call included its President and CEO, Matt Quimet, and EVP and CFO, Brian Witherow. The company expressed the confidence that the conference call would be broadcast to everyone as a listen-only.
Cedar Fair indicated that the call would be webcast by NASDAQ OMX and was distributed through third-party distribution channels. That included StreetEVents Network managed by Thomson Reuters.
On Monday, shares of the company traded 1.02% down.
