Mobileiron Inc MOBL, a mobile information technology platform provider, announced on Wednesday that Barry Mainz has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mainz will replace MobileIron's founding CEO Bob Tinker will will remain on the company's board of directors.
MobileIron also reported preliminary fourth quarter results. The company expects its revenue to fall in a range of $42 million to $43 million, exceeding management's prior guidance of $41 million to $41 million.
The company will provide its fourth quarter results on February 4 after market close.
Shares of MobileIron have lost more than 60 percent over the past year.
