PFE and Allergan PLC AGN have reached an agreement to merge, creating the world's largest drug company, in terms of sale, according to sources as reported by the Wall Street on Sunday. Pfizer shares fell 0.34 percent to close at $32.18 on Friday, while Allergan shares climbed 3.57 percent to close at $312.84 on Friday. Analysts are expecting Palo Alto Networks Inc PANW to have earned $0.32 per share on revenue of $284.40 million in the latest quarter. Palo Alto Networks shares rose 2.19 percent to close at $171.06 on Friday. Jacobs Engineering Group Inc JEC is projected to report its quarterly earnings at $0.77 per share on revenue of $3.04 billion. Jacobs Engineering shares declined 0.84 percent to close at $42.38 on Friday. Equifax Inc. EFX agreed to acquire Australia's Veda Group Limited for AUD$2.825 per share.
