Shares of Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) were trading down roughly 1.25 percent in Thursday after-hours session, following the announcement of the company’s fourth-quarter financial results. Earnings of $1.20 per share came in ahead of the Street’s expectations for earnings of $1.17 per share, but revenue of $13.512 billion fell short of consensus of $13.561 billion.
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) was up more than 7.5 percent after the market closed. The tech company comfortably beat estimates, reporting earnings of $0.46 per share on sales of $1.305 billion, well above the Street’s consensus of $0.25 per share and $1.183 billion.
Tableau Software Inc (NYSE: DATA) was up more than 15 percent after delivering EPS of $0.14 on revenue of $170.83 million, well above the Street’s consensus, which called for earnings of $0.07 per share on sales of $156.96 million.
Tripadvisor Inc (NASDAQ: TRIP) was down more than 5.5 percent after the bell rang, reporting earnings of $0.53 per share on revenue of $415 million, missing the Street’s consensus estimate which called for earnings of $0.55 per share and revenue of $429.61 million.
