Mistras Group shares jumped 15.95 percent to $16.50 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Ruby Tuesday, Inc. RT to have earned $0.05 per share on revenue of $278.98 million in the latest quarter. Ruby Tuesday shares gained 0.62 percent to close at $6.45 yesterday. Privately-held Dell is reportedly in merger talks with EMC Corporation EMC, according to Dow Jones. EMC shares climbed 7.86 percent to $28.00 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Helen of Troy Limited HELE to post its quarterly earnings at $0.93 per share on revenue of $337.67 million. Helen of Troy shares surged 2.28 percent to close at $95.13 yesterday. Gannett Co Inc. GCI agreed to acquire Journal Media Group Inc JMG for $280 million. Gannett shares gained 3.75 percent to close at $14.94 yesterday, while Journal Media shares jumped 43.31 percent to $11.88 in the after-hours trading session.
