Wall Street expects Zayo Group Holdings Inc ZAYO to post its quarterly earnings at $0.05 per share on revenue of $361.28 million. Zayo Group shares climbed 2.85 percent to $30.00 in after-hours trading.
Texas Instruments Incorporated TXN raised its quarterly cash dividend by 12 percent to $0.38 per and announced a $7.5 billion buyback plan. Texas Instruments shares gained 1.04 percent to $48.65 in the after-hours trading session.
AK Steel Holding Corporation AKS issued an upbeat forecast for the third quarter. The company expected a Q3 loss of $0.07 per share to $0.02 per share, versus analysts' expectations for a loss of $0.23 per share. AK Steel shares slipped 0.71 percent to close at $2.80 yesterday.
Equifax Inc. EFX confirmed a proposal to acquire all the outstanding shares of common stock of Veda Group Limited in a transaction valued at around USD$1.6 billion. Equifax shares dropped 0.87 percent to close at $98.36 yesterday.
