Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. (NASDAQ: ULTA) reported stronger-than-expected earnings for the second quarter. Ulta Salon shares surged 3.59 percent to $166.00 in after-hours trading.
GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME) reported better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter and lifted its forecast for the full year. GameStop shares slipped 0.11 percent to $46.15 in the after-hours trading session.
Weyerhaeuser Co (NYSE: WY) lifted its dividend by 6.9 percent and authorized a new $500 million share buyback program. Weyerhaeuser shares rose 1.89 percent to close at $28.00 yesterday.
Splunk Inc (NASDAQ: SPLK) reported upbeat results for the second quarter and issued a strong revenue forecast. Splunk shares gained 5.70 percent to $67.90 in after-hours trading.
