The company now expects adjusted earnings of $0.57 to $0.60 per share for the year, versus its earlier outlook of $0.70 s to $0.75 per share. Ascena shares dipped 9.59 percent to $14.80 in the after-hours trading session. Edwards Lifesciences Corp EW announced its plans to buy privately held company CardiAQ Valve Technologies Inc for up to $400 million. Edwards Lifesciences shares rose 1.44 percent to close at $147.16 on Friday. Wall Street expects Bank Of The Ozarks Inc OZRK to post its Q2 earnings at $0.51 per share on revenue of $121.24 million. Bank Of The Ozarks shares gained 1.99 percent to close at $45.72 on Friday. Black Hills Corp BKH announced its plans to buy SourceGas Holdings LLC for total consideration of $1.89 billion. Black Hills shares rose 1.43 percent to close at $46.84 on Friday. Lockheed Martin Corporation LMT is in advanced talks to acquire the Sikorsky Helicopters from United Technologies Corporation UTX for more than $8 billion, according to sources as reported by the Wall Street Journal on Friday. Lockheed Martin shares rose 0.26 percent to $194.69 in after-hours trading, while United Technologies shares gained 0.17 percent to $110.37 in the after-hours trading session.
