Twitter also named Jack Dorsey its co-founder and current chairman, as interim CEO pending a more permanent replacement for Costolo. The company r also reaffirmed its Q2 forecast for revenue of $470 million to $485 million and adjusted EBITDA of $97 million to $102 million. Twitter shares climbed 3.91 percent to $37.24 in the after-hours trading session. Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc RH reported better-than-expected results for the first quarter and raised its forecast for the year. However, the company issued a weak forecast for the current quarter. Restoration Hardware shares gained 1.09 percent to $95.86 in after-hours trading. Wingstop Inc WING priced its IPO of 5.8 million shares at $19 per share. The company's stock will start trading on Friday. Bojangles Inc BOJA reported better-than-expected earnings for the first fiscal quarter 2015 on Thursday. Bojangles shares declined 4.18 percent to $24.76 in after-hours trading.
