Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Wall Street expects Family Dollar Stores Inc. (NYSE: FDO) to report its Q2 earnings at $0.73 per share on revenue of $2.80 billion. Family Dollar shares declined 0.16% to $79.00 in after-hours trading.

Analysts expect Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) to post its Q4 earnings at $0.07 per share on revenue of $6.80 billion. Rite Aid shares rose 0.58% to $8.74 in after-hours trading.

Airgas Inc. (NYSE: ARG) lifted its quarterly dividend by 9% to $0.60 per share. Airgas shares gained 0.13% to close at $106.04 yesterday

Pier 1 Imports, Inc. (NYSE: PIR) is projected to post its Q4 earnings at $0.36 per share on revenue of $548.71 million. Pier 1 shares rose 0.16% to $12.70 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Alcoa Inc. (NYSE: AA) to have earned $0.26 per share on revenue of $5.94 billion in the first quarter. Alcoa shares rose 0.82% to $13.54 in after-hours trading.

Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) lowered its earnings and revenue guidance for the first quarter. Pentair shares dipped 4.27% to $61.71 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts expect Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) to post its Q4 earnings at $1.80 per share on revenue of $3.37 billion. Bed Bath & Beyond shares gained 0.39% to $77.00 in after-hours trading.
