reported a 17.3% drop in its net profit for 2014.
PetroChina's profit for the year slipped to 107.17 billion yuan ($17.25 billion), versus a year-ago profit of 129.6 billion.
Its revenue gained 1.1% to 2.28 trillion yuan, compared to 2.258 trillion.
Total crude output gained 1.4% in 2014 to 945.5 million barrels, while natural gas output jumped 8.1% to 3.03 trillion cubic feet.
PetroChina shares gained 1.12% to close at $106.04 yesterday.
