Aruba Networks, Inc. ARUN shares fell 9 percent in the extended session Thursday after beating fiscal first-quarter expectations and offering a disappointing outlook.
Aruba, in a conference call with analysts, predicted fourth-quarter earnings of $0.26 to $0.27, on revenue of $208 million to $212 million.
Wall Street expects earnings of $0.27 on revenue of $211.75 million.
The company recently traded at $19.75, down 9.4 percent.
The company swung to net income for for the recent period of $2.7 million, or $0.02 a share, from a year-earlier loss of $7.8 million, or $0.07 a share.
Revenue grew 29 percent to $207.8 million from $160.9 million last year, while adjusted income equaled $0.26 a share.
