Stocks To Watch For October 17, 2014

Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are: Wall Street expects Morgan Stanley MS to report its Q3 earnings at $0.54 per share on revenue of $8.17 billion. Morgan Stanley shares rose 0.37% to $32.65 in after-hours trading. Advanced Micro Devices AMD reported downbeat Q3 earnings and announced its plans to cut 7% of its workforce. AMD shares declined 5.30% to $2.50 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting General Electric Company GE to have earned $0.37 per share on revenue of $36.79 billion in the third quarter. GE shares dropped 0.16% to $24.21 in after-hours trading. Google GOOG reported weaker-than-expected third-quarter earnings. Google shares fell 1.89% to $514.59 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Honeywell International HON to report its Q3 earnings at $1.41 per share on revenue of $10.04 billion. Honeywell shares climbed 0.23% to $86.59 in after-hours trading. SanDisk SNDK reported upbeat third quarter earnings, but the company issued a weak revenue forecast for the current quarter. SanDisk shares tumbled 5.05% to $81.00 in the after-hours trading session. Comerica CMA is projected to report its Q3 earnings at $0.80 per share on revenue of $638.61 million. Comerica shares gained 1.23% to close at $44.42 yesterday.
