Stocks To Watch For October 2, 2014

Constellation Brands shares gained 1.10% to $86.20 in after-hours trading. Bank of America BAC named CEO Brian Moynihan as chairman of its board. Bank of America shares fell 1.35% to close at $16.82 yesterday. Analysts are expecting McCormick & Company MKC to have earned $0.81 per share on revenue of $1.03 billion in the third quarter. McCormick shares rose 0.21% to $65.75 in after-hours trading. Starboard Value offered to acquire the rest of the shares in RealD RLD for $12 per share. Starboard Value disclosed in a SEC filing that it had taken a 10% stake in RealD. RealD shares jumped 25.13% to $11.60 in the after-hours trading session. Global Payments GPN is estimated to report its Q1 earnings at $1.14 per share on revenue of $675.69 million. Global Payments shares dropped 1.56% to close at $68.79 yesterday. Analysts expect Actuant ATU to report its Q4 earnings at $0.52 per share on revenue of $356.67 million. Actuant shares fell 1.77% to close at $29.98 yesterday.
