announced its plans to lower its workforce by around 10% to reduce operating expenses. The company also expected to post a net loss for the second quarter. American Science & Engineering shares tumbled 6.28% to $51.90 in the after-hours trading session. Angie's List

shares jumped more than 19% in after-hours trading on a Financial Times report that the company is exploring strategic alternatives. Angie's List shares climbed 19.47% to $7.61 in after-hours trading. Red Hat

reported a proposed offering of $700 million in convertible senior notes due 2019 and announced plans to use up to $400 million of the remaining net proceeds to buy back shares of its common stock. Red Hat shares rose 0.45% to $56.40 in the after-hours trading session.
