Stocks To Watch For September 17, 2014

FedEx shares rose 0.17% to $154.92 in after-hours trading. Adobe Systems ADBE issued a weak fiscal fourth-quarter forecast. Adobe reported its Q3 earnings of $0.28 per share on revenue of $1.01 billion. Adobe shares fell 4.64% to $67.45 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect General Mills GIS to report its Q1 earnings at $0.69 per share on revenue of $4.38 billion. General Mills shares declined 0.19% to $53.08 in after-hours trading. Auxilium Pharmaceuticals AUXL received an unsolicited bid to be acquired for $28.10 per share from Endo International plc ENDP. Auxilium Pharma shares jumped 37.17% to $29.52 in after-hours trading, while Endo shares climbed 4.34% to $68.00 in the after-hours trading session. Lennar LEN is projected to report its Q3 earnings at $0.67 per share on revenue of $1.96 billion. Lennar shares gained 0.31% to $39.25 in after-hours trading. Retrophin RTRX reported that Marc Panoff will transition from his role as CFO. It also announced that director Jeffrey Paley has stepped down. Retrophin shares dipped 10.65% to $11.16 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Pier 1 Imports PIR to have earned $0.14 per share on revenue of $426.02 million in the second quarter. Pier 1 shares surged 3.36% to close at $15.40 yesterday.
