Shares of Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance (NASDAQ: ULTA) jumped more than 17% Friday after the company unveiled a five-year plan for impressive growth. The company also reported upbeat second-quarter results and raised its outlook. Ulta Salon shares fell 0.77% to $114.00 in the after-hours trading session.
Wall Street expects Analogic (NASDAQ: ALOG) to post its Q4 earnings at $1.24 per share on revenue of $150.37 million. Analogic shares declined 0.06% to close at $72.21 on Friday.
Danaher (NYSE: DHR) announced its plans to acquire Nobel Biocare Holding AG in a deal worth around $2.1 billion. Danaher shares fell 0.52% to close at $76.88 on Friday.
Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO) will remain in focus as Alibaba is set to launch its IPO this week. Alibaba plans to list its shares on the NYSE, under the ticker symbol "BABA." Yahoo owns around 23% stake in Alibaba. Yahoo shares gained 0.37% to $43.04 in the after-hours trading session.
