Analysts are expecting John Wiley & Sons (NYSE: JW-A) to have earned $0.53 per share on revenue of $430.49 million in the first quarter. John Wiley shares declined 0.27% to close at $59.69 yesterday. Annie's BNNY agreed to be acquired by General Mills GIS for $46 per share in cash. Annie's shares jumped 37.57% to $46.10 in the after-hours trading session, while General Mills shares rose 1.31% to $54.21 in after-hours trading. Layne Christensen Company LAYN is projected to report a Q2 loss at $0.49 per share on revenue of $217.17 million. Layne Christensen shares surged 4.98% to close at $11.59 yesterday. Analysts expect Titan Machinery TITN to report its Q2 earnings at $0.10 per share on revenue of $442.37 million. Titan Machinery shares climbed 5.11% to close at $13.16 yesterday. Casey's General Stores CASY reported upbeat results for its fiscal first quarter. Casey's shares climbed 3.55% to $73.00 in after-hours trading.
