Burger King (NYSE: BKW) is in talks to acquire Tim Hortons (NYSE: THI). Tim Hortons shares rose 0.02% to $62.85 in the after-hours trading session, while Burger King shares climbed 1.01% to close at $27.11 on Friday.
Analysts expect Prospect Capital (NASDAQ: PSEC) to post its Q4 earnings at $0.32 per share on revenue of $213.74 million. Prospect Capital shares fell 0.09% to close at $10.91 on Friday.
Shares of Foot Locker (NYSE: FL) jumped 2.95% on Friday after the company reported stronger-than-expected fiscal second-quarter results. Foot Locker shares rose 0.22% to $54.24 in the after-hours trading session.
The Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE: GS) has agreed to a settlement worth $1.2 billion to resolve federal claims over mortgage securities. Goldman Sachs shares gained 0.19% to $175.80 in the after-hours trading session.
