Cooper Tire shares declined 1.84% to close at $28.74 yesterday. Analysts are expecting News Corp NWSA to have earned $0.03 per share on revenue of $2.17 billion in the fourth quarter. News Corp shares fell 0.06% to $17.62 in after-hours trading. Twenty-First Century Fox FOXA reported upbeat fourth-quarter results. Twenty-First Century Fox shares surged 3.74% to $33.54 in the after-hours trading session. Zynga ZNGA is expected to post its Q2 earnings at $0.00 per share on revenue of $191.21 million. Zynga shares gained 0.72% to $2.81 in after-hours trading. Bank of America BAC and the Justice Department are near completion of a potential $17 billion deal to settle mortgage probes dating back to the financial crisis, The Wall Street Journal reported. Bank of America shares rose 0.53% to $15.28 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect CBS CBS to post its Q2 earnings at $0.72 per share. CBS shares climbed 1.16% to close at $57.65 yesterday.
