Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) reported stronger-than-expected second-quarter results on strong growth in daily users and advertising revenue. Facebook shares surged 5.51% to $75.22 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Ford Motor Co (NYSE: F) to have earned $0.36 per share on revenue of $36.16 billion in the second quarter. Ford shares gained 0.06% to $17.79 in after-hours trading.
3M Company (NYSE: MMM) is projected to report its Q2 earnings at $1.91 per share on revenue of $8.09 billion. 3M Company shares rose 0.22% to $145.00 in the after-hours trading session.
Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) reported a 42% rise in its fiscal third-quarter net income. However, it issued downbeat earnings forecast for the current quarter. Qualcomm shares tumbled 5.58% to $77.05 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Visa (NYSE: V) to post its Q3 earnings at $2.10 per share on revenue of $3.15 billion. Visa shares surged 0.76% to $222.89 in after-hours trading.
