to report its Q1 earnings at $0.35 per share. International Speedway shares declined 1.97% to close at $32.39 yesterday. A. Shulman

reported an upbeat fiscal second-quarter profit and lifted its full-year earnings forecast. The company expected earnings of $2.23 to $2.28 per share, versus analysts' estimates of $2.16 per share. A. Shulman shares surged 5.59% to $38.35 in the after-hours trading session.
