today announced that it will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, after the U.S. market closes on February 26, 2014. Baidu's management will hold an earnings conference call at 8:00 PM on February 26, 2014, U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 AM on February 27, 2014, Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
