Infosys Posts Higher Q3 Profit

reported a 21% gain in its third-quarter net profit. Infosys posted its quarterly profit of 28.75 billion rupees ($463 million), versus a year-ago profit of 23.69 billion rupees. However, analysts were expecting a profit of 27.15 billion rupees. Infosys shares gained 1.07% to $56.75 in after-hours trading.
