reported upbeat fiscal second-quarter results and lifted its dividend. La-Z-Boy shares jumped 8.35% to $26.46 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Deere & Company

to have earned $1.89 per share on revenue of $8.68 billion in the fourth quarter. Deere shares declined 0.34% to $82.53 in after-hours trading. Yahoo!

lifted its share-buyback plan by $5 billion and announced its plans to sell $1 billion in convertible debt in a private placement. Yahoo shares gained 2.77% to $35.59 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect J. C. Penney Company

to post a Q3 loss at $1.72 per share on revenue of $2.80 billion. J. C. Penney shares rose 0.46% to $8.75 in after-hours trading.
