Pandora Q3 Net Profit Surges 61%

Pandora A/S PNDZY reported a 61% gain in its third quarter net profit. Pandora's quarterly net profit surged to DKK612 million, from DKK380 million, in the year-ago period. However, analysts were expecting a profit of DKK542 million. Its earnings before interest and tax climbed 53% to DKK708 million from DKK463 million, while sales increased to DKK2.26 billion from DKK1.79 billion. Pandora shares closed at $11.61 yesterday.
