Monsanto shares gained 1.06% to close at $105.48 yesterday. Global Payments GPN reported upbeat fiscal first-quarter results and raised its annual forecast. Global Payments named Jeffrey S. Sloan as its new chief executive and announced its plans to buy back up to $100 million of its common stock. Global Payments shares surged 6.80% to $54.15 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Texas Industries TXI to post its Q1 earnings at $0.01 per share on revenue of $233.63 million. Texas Industries shares gained 1.82% to close at $67.52 yesterday. Team TISI lowered its annual earnings outlook. Team shares tumbled 10.63% to $35.75 in the after-hours trading session. Synergetics USA SURG reported its FQ4 earnings of $0.06 per share on revenue of $17.9 million. However, analysts were projecting earnings of $0.05 per share on revenue of $17 million. Synergetics USA shares dipped 11.82% to $4.40 in the after-hours trading session.
