Inditex H1 Net Profit Rises 1%

Spain's Inditex SA reported a 1% rise in its first-half net profit. Inditex's net profit for the period increased to 951 million euros ($1.27 billion), from EUR944 million, in the year-ago period. Its sales gained 8% to EUR7.66 billion, while like-for-like sales surged 2% on year.
