China Resources Power H1 Net Profit Surges 77%

China Resources Power Holdings Co CRPJY reported a 77% rise in its net profit in the first half of the year. China Resources Power's net profit for the period surged to 5.3 billion Hong Kong dollars (US$679 million), from HK$3.0 billion, in the year-ago period. Its revenue climbed 4.5% to HK$32.3 billion from HK$30.9 billion.
