Wall Street expects Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH) to report its Q2 earnings at $0.54 per share on revenue of $3.65 billion. Dish Network shares rose 0.60% to $44.98 in after-hours trading.
American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) cut its Q2 earnings forecast. American Eagle shares tumbled 17.28% to $16.52 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Emerson Electric Co (NYSE: EMR) to have earned $0.98 per share on revenue of $6.44 billion in the third quarter. Emerson Electric shares fell 0.34% to close at $62.34 yesterday.
Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) CEO Jeff Bezos will acquire the Washington Post newspaper for $250 million. Washington Post (NYSE: WPO) shares gained 5.06% to $597.50 in the after-hours trading session, while Amazon shares rose 0.05% to $301.15 in after-hours trading.
Analysts expect Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) to post its Q3 earnings at $1.01 per share on revenue of $11.64 billion. Disney shares dropped 0.18% to $65.90 in after-hours trading.
