Rambus (NASDAQ: RMBS) signed a five-year patent license agreement with SK Hynix. Rambus shares jumped 10.46% to $8.87 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Agilysys (NASDAQ: AGYS) to report its Q4 earnings at $0.06 per share. Agilysys shares rose 2.32% to close at $12.78 yesterday.
Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance (NASDAQ: ULTA) reported upbeat first-quarter earnings. However, the company issued weak forecast for the second quarter. Ulta Salon shares surged 9.59% to $92.20 in the after-hours trading session.
Prudential Financial (NYSE: PRU) announced a $1 billion stock repurchase program. Prudential shares dropped 1.98% to close at $70.93 yesterday.
