Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Wall Street expects Tiffany & Co (NYSE: TIF) to report its Q1 earnings at $0.52 per share on revenue of $855.14 million. Tiffany shares rose 0.05% to $76.25 in after-hours trading.

Analysts are expecting Perfect World Co (NASDAQ: PWRD) to have earned $2.39 per share on revenue of $607.08 million in the first quarter. Perfect World shares dropped 0.39% to close at $12.61 on Friday.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (NYSE: VRX) announced its plans to buy Bausch + Lomb for $8.7 billion. Valeant shares gained 0.15% to $84.60 in after-hours trading.

Analysts expect United Natural Foods (NASDAQ: UNFI) to post its Q3 earnings at $0.64 per share on revenue of $1.56 billion. United Natural Foods shares gained 0.02% to $54.91 in the after-hours trading session.

AstraZeneca PLC (NYSE: AZN) announced its plans to acquire Omthera Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: OMTH) for $12.70 per share. AstraZeneca shares gained 1.71% to $53.06 in pre-market trading, while Omthera shares closed at $6.77 on Friday.
