SAIC (NYSE: SAI) posted upbeat fiscal fourth-quarter earnings and also declared a special cash dividend of $1 per share. SAIC shares jumped 3.59% to $13.28 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts are expecting Red Hat (NYSE: RHT) to have earned $0.30 per share on revenue of $349.64 million in the fourth quarter. Red Hat shares fell 0.13% to $49.19 in after-hours trading.
LogMeIn (NASDAQ: LOGM) reported that a federal court in Virginia found that the company's products do not infringe on Patent, as asserted by 01 Communique. LogMeIn shares dropped 2.87% to $20.65 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect PVH (NYSE: PVH) to post its Q4 earnings at $1.50 per share on revenue of $1.60 billion. PVH shares gained 0.65% to close at $113.94 yesterday.
