Wall Street expects Constellation Brands (NYSE: STZ) to report its Q3 earnings at $0.55 per share on revenue of $751.83 million. Constellation Brands shares gained 0.67% to $36.30 in after-hours trading.
Alcoa (NYSE: AA) issued an upbeat demand forecast. The company posted a profit of $242 million in the fourth quarter. Alcoa shares gained 1.10% to $9.20 in the after-hours trading session.
Analysts expect Greenbrier Companies (NYSE: GBX) to report its Q1 earnings at $0.31 per share on revenue of $400.42 million. Greenbrier shares rose 0.46% to $17.35 in after-hours trading.
Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH) offered to acquire Clearwire (NASDAQ: CLWR) for $5.15 billion. Dish Network shares fell 0.61% to $35.75 in after-hours trading, while Clearwire shares jumped 8.90% to $3.18 in the after-hours trading session.
Seagate Technology (NASDAQ: STX) lifted its sales view for the second quarter. Seagate shares surged 2.06% to $32.04 in after-hours trading.
