CGI Group Posts Rise In Q4 Revenue

Canadian company CGI Group

reported a loss in the fourth quarter. CGI posted a quarterly loss of C$168 million, or 58 Canadian cents a share, versus a year-ago profit of C$70 million, or 26 Canadian cents a share. Excluding one-time items, CGI's net earnings came in at $100.0 million, or 37 cents a share. Its quarterly revenue surged 60.1% y/y to $1.6 billion. CGI shares closed at $24.22 yesterday.
