announced the resignation of Chris Kubasik as vice chairman, president and chief operating officer after an ethics investigation found he had a personal relationship with a subordinate employee. Kubasik was scheduled to take over as CEO in January. Lockheed Martin shares dropped 0.03% to $89.95 in the after-hours trading session. Star Scientific

reported its Q3 net profit of $0.4 million, versus a year-ago net loss of $6.6 million. Star Scientific shares dipped 12.50% to $2.24 in the after-hours trading session.
